We like the Masala Chai Signature because you can really taste the rawness of the well-blended spices without any frills.
The blend consists of cloves, star anise, cinnamon, dried ginger, cardamom, and black tea.
Try this recipe: Jacob's Well Signature Chai (makes 2 cups)
-10g Signature Chai
-100mL water or
-150 milk or alternative milk of your choice (almond works best)
-Optional: Add 2 tbsp. honey
Instructions:
-Heat 10g Signature Chai (until it releases aroma)
-Add 100mL let it simmer for 5-10 mins (stir continuously and avoid boiling over)
-Add 150mL milk (turn off heat upon boiling (stir continuously to avoid curdling and to promote aeration)
-Strain
-Pour on your favorite chai mug for 2
-Optional: garnish with some cinnamon sticks and star anise
-Enjoy!
