Hello there!
I guess what i'm really trying and wanting to say is don't be too hard on yourself. Just remember to take care of your body and slow down. I personally equally indulge myself with tea right after. Though not entirely sure how big a dent that makes but it somehow alleviates the guilt. It also somewhat helps me ponder on my food choices next time. And then tea. Repeat.
