Lately, an extra surge of excitement floods over me every time I receive order notifications from our website. Why, you ask? It's like a joyous homecoming, a reunion with those who have stood by us since the early days of 2017. Their names, etched in my memory, surface in December orders, radiating a warmth of familiarity and a sense of belonging to a cherished extended family.
These individuals, whose support has been unwavering, are more than just names on a list—they are a testament to the journey we've shared. Some of them, I've noticed, have changed their last names, a delightful indication of the milestones and growth they've experienced. It's these small, meaningful details that resonate with me.
Christmas, for me, embodies the spirit of rolling up one's sleeves for family. A recent launch of our teabags brought unexpected challenges as bulk orders poured in, surpassing our production capacity. Panic briefly set in among the team responsible for bringing our creations to life. However, in that moment, a thought sparked—what if we all jumped into the production process together? And so, we did. Joining the assembly line, we transformed what would have taken 3-4 days into a single day of lively camaraderie, sprinkled with joyous memories to cherish.
I want to express my deepest gratitude from the bottom of my heart for the unwavering support you've showered upon us since day one. Your love and encouragement are the lifeblood that keeps us going, and we strive to endure as long as we can, fueled by your kindness.
