Writers and poets often quote that in a world of high-speed change, many people wish to slow down, and when there’s too much unfamiliarity, people long for the familiar. And when things get too confusing, many people crave simplicity.
Writing not only helps me slow down; it also gives me a sense of familiarity. It reminds me of when i was an elementary kid writing rhyming poems to impress girls.
In all seriousness, thank you for allowing me to write to you. More than reading these words, and with great hope, i wish you do, thank you for unintentionally making me sit down to write as it personally gives me joy.
